As we embark on another promising year at MSA Design, I am honored to reflect on our journey since our inception in 1985, when Mike Schuster laid the foundation for what has become a nationally-renowned architecture, interior design, graphic design, and historic preservation firm. At the core of our identity is an unwavering commitment to being a premier design practice, where innovation and excellence intersect seamlessly.

Design is not just a part of what we do – it is our DNA, infusing vitality into every project we undertake. While some may associate MSA primarily with sports design, we are nationally renowned in Education, Civic, Corporate, Lifestyle, Interiors, Graphic Design, and Preservation projects. Our influence extends to professional sports venues, with ongoing improvements across major leagues and sports in America. State-of-the-art training facilities are in the pipeline, designed to fast-track athletes from rookies to professionals.

Our historic preservation practice continues to transform underutilized historic places into modern marvels, navigating the intricate processes of permits, tax credits, and development approvals. Our interior design team stands as a paragon of creativity, sensitivity, and sustainability, while our graphic designers seamlessly integrate branding and environmental design solutions into our projects nationwide.

Research and exploration are the lifeblood of our profession, with our teams delving into architectural forms, shapes, details, and systems to stay at the forefront of innovation. Our Columbus team, contributing to over $100 million of new recreation and civic campus projects, remains a driving force for positive change in Central Ohio.
