The University of Cincinnati Locker Room project delivers a state-of-the-art basketball team facility designed to support the Bearcats’ transition into the Big 12 Conference. Completed on a fast-track schedule in collaboration with Skanska USA Building Inc., MSA Sport created a high-performance environment that enhances functionality, performance, and recruitment appeal. The new facility elevates the daily experience for student-athletes and staff while reinforcing UC Athletics’ commitment to excellence, innovation, and competitive success within a premier collegiate conference.

In addition to the main locker room, the renovation encompasses team spaces designed to optimize every aspect of the student-athlete experience. Upgrades include refined player amenities, integrated technology, custom millwork, and bold visual branding that celebrates UC’s identity and Big 12 membership. From the players’ lounge and recovery zones to the coaches’ offices and meeting rooms, each space is crafted to foster connection, focus, and pride.
