MSA served as lead architect and designer for the complete transformation of a central K-12 campus for this 2100 student district north of Columbus, Ohio.
Implementation of a 20-Year Master Plan
The Master Plan included a number of significant projects including: A new High School building designed for 650 students, a conversion and complete renovation of the existing High School into a new Middle School for 500 students, and renovations/additions to the existing Elementary building to accommodate 950 students.
The project is LEED Silver, and was finished on-time and below budget. The new Highland High School was recognized by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission as an exemplary example of “21st Century Learning” in the State of Ohio.
