The stadium, one of the four oldest remaining original minor league ballparks in the United States, is in need of complete refurbishment and renovation to accomodate semi-pro and community baseball. MSA Sport developed the master plan to expand seating to 2,000 seats, and included all new dugouts, locker rooms, concessions, ticket booths, concourse, and a new canopy structure.
