MSA completed a long-term facilities Master Plan for Mount Notre Dame High School which identified deficiencies in classroom space, science areas, administration space, circulation sequences through the existing building, and the need for a student commons area for multi-purpose use.
Master Plan in Motion
MSA completed Phase I of the Master Plan which includes a series of additions to the existing 1966 main building that will be connected to a gymnasium addition. A 15,000 sf three-story addition to the front of the school contains a new Main Entry, Administration/Guidance Suite, Science Classrooms, and General Classrooms. A three-story Atrium space is being planned for Phase II at the rear of the building to provide a new Student Commons space for presentations, activities, and casual interaction to improve life safety egress through the building.
