Improvements will be enhance the experience of the student athletes, athletic administration, casual fitness goers, as well as the entire SSU athletic fan base. The building renovation, which has been separated into phases, targets the four primary functions of the facility: the existing natatorium, student fitness & weight facility, competitive court arena, and athletic administration. Inclusive of over 48,000 SF of interior renovation and 5,000 SF of building addition, the JARC renovation provides marked improvement to the 35-year old facility in all facets from daily routine use to special event accommodations.
