The project site is located within the existing The Neighborhoods at Summit Park – a mixed use development adjacent to nationally-renowned Summit Park, the City of Blue Ash’s conversion of a former airport into a centerpiece for this thriving suburban community north of Cincinnati. Originally slated to be a large structured parking garage, this development seeks to utilize land dedicated to automobile storage and enhance it’s use through a creative, unique multipurpose venue & mixed use project.

The centerpiece of the project is a 5,000 seat multi-use venue that can accommodate concerts, festivals, community activities, and sporting events. The venue is designed to play host to activities and events that compliment the programming and uses of Summit Park. Unique to the United States, The Summit is inspired by intimate Community-based stadia across Europe that are tightly connected to their surrounding neighborhood. The 200+ residential unit development contains a mix of unit types including studios, 1BR, 2BR, and penthouse units with a unique blend of premium amenities that serve the residents. The venue press box, operations areas, and hospitality suites are integrated into the residential towers, with venue services (concessions, restrooms, operations, hospitality, concourse, etc) located on ground level. Street level culinary and retail tenants will activate the streetscape for the residents of this development, patrons of The Summit venue, as well as the surrounding residents of The Neighborhoods at Summit Park.

Adjacent sites are planned for Hotel and Corporate Office HQ uses to reinforce the live+work+play goals of Summit Park and surrounding private redevelopments. The materials, building massing, and aesthetics of the structures are intended to integrate and blend into the adjacent mixed-use development fabric.
